week of My Sexy Saturday.
Have you ever created or read
about a character who for some reason has lost that sexy feeling? Then
suddenly, something happens and they are sexy once again? I’m sure many of you
have heard about it. After all, there have been many popular movies about
it. Those stories are all about the
characters. Something has happened in their lives that they don’t think they
will ever come back from it.
We write about those
characters. The ones that have survived a war, a lost love, a horrible love, a devastating
disease. The list goes on and on. They are the characters that inspire you,
motivate you to be better than you are. Or more than you are. The ones that
make you cry, make you laugh and on whose journey you want to know what happens
every step of the way.
These are the ones that fall
in love and fall in love deeply, truly, forever. These are those you want on
your side for any situation. And it is those characters that be it writer or
reader, we care for them, wanting to know every aspect of their lives.
Share with us this week those
characters who are coming back and sexy once again. They may not even realize
they are back as it may be surprising. These are the characters that appeal to
all and each are different in lots of ways. Show us the characters that make
our hearts sing, make us cry, make us wish for a better tomorrow…for them.
Share those scenes with us
this week. From the moment our couple meets, their first hot kiss, to the
fulfillment of a dream, show us the wonders of finding, falling in love and
loving your significant other. Show us how they come into their own as they
learn and understand that they are sexy once again.
Giving our readers even more
to drool, sigh and love about our stories is our number one goal. Let’s show
our readers that happily-ever-afters start with that one special moment, be it
soft and gentle or rough and fast. We love good parts of the stories where the
characters are making love or about to be loved. Forever. Share each and every
moment with this week!
If your story has one or more
of these fabulous love scenes in it where the character finds out they are sexy
once again, please share them with us…if not…share those sexy moments that you
do have between your characters. Every relationship is important!
Sexy can be anything such as
romantic moments like walks on the beach, a home cooked meal or even in another
galaxy. It could be two lovers here on Earth dreaming about the day where they
go on a magical vacation to another planet. Or staying right here at one of
those wonderful places we can find in our own world.
Readers want to see those
characters, the ones who can’t get enough of each other as well as ones who are
fighting their way back to being part of the world once again. These are the
types of characters they can’t forget, the one they want to take home and keep
forever. Readers love the kisses, the looks, the touch of each and every one of
our characters.
Sexy has nothing to do with
looks or status or even wealth. It doesn’t demand perfection and it isn’t
pretentious but it does make us want to read those books.
We know that everyone has their
own idea of sexy and we all love sexy!
