Welcome to the 47th
week of My Sexy Saturday.
This week it’s all about sexy
forever. We’re sure you’re wondering just what we mean by that. As we see it,
there are two interpretations for this week: 1) you have a couple who is or
will be sexy forever, 2) you have an older hero or heroine that is sexy
forever. We can see you scratching your head, saying ‘huh?’ so here’s what we’re
thinking.
In our writing, there are
couples who are awesome. Actually beyond awesome and the readers want more of
them and only them. There are stories out there dedicated to this type of
couple and we’d love to see you share those snippets of the couple who will
always be sexy in our minds, no matter where they are in their relationship.
Then there are those heroes
or heroines who are ageless. Meaning, they may be older but they aren’t out of
the game. Older can be wonderful and awesome and oh, so sexy. These folks can
be ordinary or maybe they’re shifters or vamps who have lived a long, long
time. We don’t care but we think that they are hot and sizzling. We’d love to
have you share some of those snippets with us.
Again, it’s all about the
couple, young or old. They can be lovers reunited, first time lovers or coming
together in the heat of the moment. The point is that they are and always will
be sexy forever. It doesn’t matter if the characters are rich, famous or
downright bad girls or boys. Sexy forever holds delights for all of them as
they make passionate love anywhere or any time. Make us believe these
characters deserve that awesome sexy forever.
Write about the characters that
have survived a war, a lost love, a horrible love, a devastating disease but
somehow still manage to want to find a love that completes them into wanting a
sexy forever. They are the characters that inspire you, motivate you to be
better than you are. Or more than you are. The ones that make you cry, make you
laugh and on whose journey you want to know what happens every step of the way.
These are the ones that fall
in love and fall in love deeply, truly, forever. These are those you want on
your side for any situation. And it is those characters that be it writer or
reader, we care for them, wanting to know every aspect of their lives.
Share with us this week those
characters who like coming together forever. Pepper their existence with a
clandestine rendezvous or a weekly event, show us why we love, love, love them.
Share those scenes with us this week. From the moment our couple meets, their first
hot kiss, to the fulfillment of a dream, show us the wonders of finding,
falling in love and loving your significant other.
Giving our readers even more
to drool, sigh and love about our stories is our number one goal. Let’s show
our readers that happily-ever-afters start with some special moments, be it
soft and gentle or rough and fast. We love good parts of the stories where the
characters are making love or about to be loved. Forever. Share each and every
moment with this week!
If your story has one or more
of these fabulous love scenes, please share them with us…even if it’s not a
sexy forever…share those sexy moments that you do have between your characters.
Every relationship is important!
Sexy can be anything, such as
romantic moments like walks on the beach, a home cooked meal or even in another
galaxy. It could be two lovers here on Earth dreaming about the day where they
go on a magical vacation to another planet. Or staying right here at one of
those wonderful places we can find in our own world.
Readers want to see those
characters, the ones who can’t get enough of each other as well as ones who are
fighting their way back to being part of the world once again. These are the
types of characters they can’t forget, the one they want to take home and keep
forever. Readers love the kisses, the looks or touch of each and every one of
our characters.
Sexy has nothing to do with
looks or status or even wealth. It doesn’t demand perfection and it isn’t
pretentious but it does make us want to read those books.
We know that everyone has
their own idea of sexy and we all love sexy!
