Welcome to the 62nd
week of My Sexy Saturday.
The theme this week is your
sexy state of mind…and we’re trying something new here this week. Everyone
knows what this blog is all about and that everyone has their idea of sexy.
This week however, we’re going to let you, the author, tell us what it means to
have a sexy state of mind.
Therefore, no prompts, no
words telling you what we think this means, we want you to show us what it
means to you and your characters. After all, you are the ones that take us on
oh, so many adventures into the world of romance. Show us those sexy characters
and their sexy romance. Give us the whole story on how they fell in love, what
they do to stay in love and all the little details in between. Show us the
good, the bad and the ugly as it’s those situations which pull us closer to
those characters.
Show us their sexy existence
with a clandestine rendezvous or a weekly event, prove to us why we love, love,
love them. From the moment they meet their significant other, their first hot
kiss, to the fulfillment of a dream, show us the wonders of finding, falling in
love and loving one’s significant other.
Give our readers more to
drool, sigh and love about our stories as we share our special love stories
with them. Let’s show our readers that happily-ever-afters start with some fantastic
moments, be it soft and gentle or rough and fast. We love the good parts of the
stories where the characters are making love or about to be loved. Forever. We
love all the parts that show us the sexy characters we’ve come to care about. Share
each and every moment with us this week!
If your story has one or more
of these fabulous love scenes with some very sexy, hot characters in a love
that’s destined to last forever, please share them with us…share all those sexy
moments that you have between your characters even if you don’t exactly fit the
theme this week…remember every relationship is important!
Sexy can be anything, such as
romantic moments like walks on the beach, a home cooked meal or even in another
galaxy. It could be two lovers here on Earth dreaming about the day where they
go on a magical vacation to another planet. Or staying right here at one of
those wonderful places we can find in our own world.
Readers want to see those
characters, the ones who can’t get enough of each other as well as ones who are
fighting their way back to being part of the world once again. These are the
types of characters they can’t forget, the one they want to take home and keep
forever. Readers love the kisses, the looks or touch of each and every one of
our characters.
Sexy has nothing to do with
looks or status or even wealth. It doesn’t demand perfection and it isn’t
pretentious but it does make us want to read those books.
We know that everyone has
their own idea of sexy and we all love sexy!
